Carrasco Project is part of the National Power System Interconnected of the Immediate Incorporation Plan, which provided an increase of 24MW to the current power of Carrasco. Carrasco Thermoelectric Plant is located in the Entre Rios province of Carrasco in the Tropics of Cochabamba.

This project will provide to the S?balo Gas Plant an expansion of 6.7 MMSMCD of natural gas of the usual capacity once started. This increase in their production will generate significant benefits to the country in terms of volume of natural gas exports to Argentina.
